I’m a personal trainer who offers a mobile service in Portishead and surrounding areas. I bring all of the necessary training equipment to you and we train in an environment that makes you feel comfortable.

How mobile personal training in Portishead works
A mobile personal trainer is exactly as it sounds – I’m a personal trainer that travels to you! I bring all of the kit with me, so all you need to do is bring the enthusiasm an willingness to work hard. I do the rest!
I offer my mobile personal training service in Portishead and surrounding areas. My sessions are very affordable and I can adjust the service to suit you – whether that’s in person training, training sessions over zoom, training in your own home or out and about in parks, I can make it work for you.
A lot of people I work with enjoy the variety of working this way. Rather than being tied to the gym, they like the variety of training environments. It keeps things fresh, interesting and challenging!
Some clients love the convenience of me coming to them. We all lead busy lives, so having a personal trainer come to you is quite a novel idea, but it saves you a lot of time because you’re not travelling to and from a gym, dealing with traffic and having to leave the house when it isn’t always convenient. It also means you exercise in a familiar environment, which some personal training clients find very reassuring, especially if they feel self-conscious in a gym.
Who do I work with?
I specialise in training women. As a woman myself I can relate to the psychology and goals that a woman has. Some women may find it intimidating to have a man screaming at them to do more push ups, but that isn’t my approach – I work with you to help you achieve your fitness goals.
My main area of expertise is weight and fat loss. I devise training sessions and meal plans that help you to lose weight in a healthy, sensible way. No fad diets, no silly approaches, just sustainable food choices that work with your tastes, your lifestyle and your goals.
Between us we work to find a way to help you get to where you want to be.
I try to make everything as easy as possible – of course when you want to lose weight we have to create a calorie deficit, but we make room in that for a little bit of ‘real life’ too. You won’t have to live on salad and water alone! Yes, you’ll have to make some sacrifices, but we try to keep those to a realistic minimum.
Likewise with your training, you’ll have to work hard - but that’s my job to make sure your sessions are suitably challenging!
As a personal trainer my job is to make your exercise as challenging, as varied and as enjoyable as possible. You may have a preconceived idea of what a personal trainer is like, but I want to show you that actually, a personal trainer is a coach and someone who is there to work with you, to help you and to become your biggest fan in your health and fitness mission!
